Futures Through Choices Inc currently has several openings for Direct Support Professional in residential programs as well as day treatment program for persons with developmental disabilities, All applicants must have the ability to work with individuals providing quality care and assistance in community access, daily living skills, behavior modification, as well any additional quality of life services and goals.

Schedules:
Part time schedules are currently available:  residential schedules generally range from Morning: 6:00am-9:00am,  Swing: 2:30pm-10:00pm

Graveyard: 10pm-6am.

Day Program Hours 7:30am-3:oopm. ( Ogden )
